Disability, Neurodivergence and Faith Work

There was a time when faith work presented an accessible and fulfilling form of work for some neurodivergent and disabled people.

But as the work expectations evolve, is that still the case?

The Church of England conducted research and produced a report called 'Fearfully and Wonderfully Made'. It provides some preliminary insights into how faith organisations can respond to neurodivergence and disability in faith workers.
