Restorative Practices

Faith communities are usually terrible at dealing with conflict and complaints. So it's refreshing to see a story about a faith community who are working on healthier responses.

Faith Workers Alliance sponsors 'RESTORE' - the Community of Practice for people who use restorative practices in faith-based spaces.

We strongly support alternative dispute resolution for most situations of conflict. While there will always be a place for quasi-judicial investigations and hearings, safe and mature conversations are almost always going to be more helpful.
